Clinical education, simplified
01Medical concepts told the way they should be told. Punchy mnemonics — TIME IS BRAIN — so you act when it matters.
Critical-Care Physician
Evidence-based preventive education. No pseudoscience, no extremes, no clichés. So your story doesn't end up in an ICU bed.

About
I don't teach from a classroom. I teach from what I saw in intensive care: the end of the road of decisions that seemed small. That's why I educate earlier — so your story never gets there.
I'm not a complacent doctor. I warn you from what I've already seen — with empathy for your frustration and head-on with the system that misinforms you. Medical authority as a person, not an institution.
I don't leave you with theory. Everything I teach closes with something concrete: what to do today, this week, this month. Health is built with decisions, not with scares.
Pillars
Medical concepts told the way they should be told. Punchy mnemonics — TIME IS BRAIN — so you act when it matters.
Fiber and postbiotics before pills. The basics aren't negotiable: sleep well, eat better, move your body.
In the ICU you don't see laughter, you see consequences. Real stories so yours doesn't end up there.
Social media is full of people looking for the message they want to hear. Here, evidence runs the show — not the algorithm.
